This course will be assessed through online multiple choice questions. However, we do recommend that learners attend one of our monthly First Aid Practical Assessment Sessions held at our Training Centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

On completing this course you will receive an accredited Emergency First Aid Train the Trainer Certification, valid for 2 years.
Accreditation:
This course is accredited by CPD At Work. On completing it you will achieve 6 hours recognised CPD.
The Train the Trainer Certification will give you a foundational understanding of delivering and assessing training in the workplace. This course only has to be completed once every 2 years.

Due to the practical elements involved in delivering this we highly recommend that trainers have experience in Emergency First Aid. However, the course will provide comprehensive insights into emergency first aid (including delivery of the practical elements), preparing you for delivering training in this subject.

Our Emergency First Aid Train the Trainer online course is meticulously designed and mapped to the standards of the Regulated Qualification in Emergency First Aid. While our Emergency First Aid Train the Trainer online course equips you with the knowledge and techniques to deliver effective first aid training, it does not qualify you to deliver first aid qualifications. For that, you would additionally need a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and a regulated First Aid qualification in First Aid at Work (RQF). If you’re interested in attaining these qualifications, take a look at our First Aid QualifiedTrainer™ course that covers all the necessary aspects to become a qualified trainer for regulated first aid programmes.
Whilst we do strongly recommend you attend one of our monthly Practical Assessment Sessions for Emergency First Aid, it’s not a mandatory requirement of passing the course.
