Our Train the Trainer courses are intended for experienced professionals in the workplace, enabling them to deliver internal training to employees.
All our Train the Trainer courses are accredited by CPD at work. Each course is accredited for 2 years from the date of completion.
Each Train the Trainer courses comprises of:
Train the Trainer Certification – This is an online series of modules covering the fundamentals of delivering training. Once you’ve completed this for one course, you won’t need to complete it again for two years.
Subject Specific Online Course – This takes you through the knowledge and information you’ll be delivering to others, giving you chance to familiarise yourself with the content and ensure you’re knowledge is up to date.
Practical Assessment Session (Optional) – For our Emergency First Aid and Moving People Safely Train the Trainer courses we do provide an optional, monthly practical assessment session which is ran for our Training Centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Whilst we recommend attendance at this (for no extra cost), attendance is not mandatory and you can complete the course online if you are happy to do so.
Trainer Resource Pack – Each course comes with it’s own Trainer Resource Pack. This includes a PowerPoint, Session Plan, Assessment materials and Certification template. Everything you need to deliver your own training.
On completion of your course you’ll receive a CPD at Work accredited certificate, valid for 2 years.
Unfortunately not. Train the Trainer courses enable you to deliver accredited programmes of training but not qualifications. In order to deliver regulated qualifications you will need a teaching qualification such as the Level 3 Award in Education & Training (RQF). We also offer a range of packages to become a qualified First Aid Trainer.
